As Gedcor's Operations Director, Tamara is responsible for the overall operational and management responsibilities for in-house staff as well as external contractors. She also ensures that all processes and procedures are systemized and regulations are adhered to in order to maintain consistency. Tamara holds an undergraduate Arts degree with a major in Psychology from the University of British Columbia as well as a graduate diploma in Human Resources Management from Kwantlen Polytechnic University. She started her career with Ashton College in 2014 and joined Gedcor Group in 2016. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, spending quality time with friends, and playing with her dog.
